is a tune or any other maintenance required when installing the slip ons?

Would this let un metered air into the system? If so, How could I prevent dumping shit into my engine, vent pressure from the valve covers, but not introduce unmetered air into my system. I live in Michigan so The dolphins will be safe if I vent some crap out and I believe the biggest thing I can contribute to saving the environment is doing what I can to prevent my truck from becoming part of a environment as long as I can.

I just picked up a project turbo 4.8 Silverado. He doesn’t have the valve cover hookup up to anything, other videos hook it up to the vacuum on the intake, what’s the difference or better way to do it?

IN 3RD GEAR at wide open throttle the RPM's surge up and down up to 500 rpms! Could this be from incorrect spacing? It don't do this in 1st and 2nd gear, kind of odd, i am not sure what to try and repair.... NEW built TH400

About to do this to my LMM dually , i also still have my dpf , i knew it would sound a lot different than a straight exhaust. Doing a set of manifolds from Dmax aswell , did you do the vane adjustment steps ? I guess you don't need a scanner or shop to do it

The best way is to vent via high up on the oil pan. Otherwise, oil vapors gushing up oil passages while oil is coming down is not a good thing.

Nice work! I would recommend looking into having the panels clear anodized at your local coating shop. It’ll make the finish last a lot longer and prevent corrosion. It’s pretty cheap if you send batches of 10-20 panels at a time.
